There is something magical about practicing yoga outdoors. Feeling the wind softly on your cheek. The sun warming your body, the earth supporting you from below. It just feels right.
If you have not experienced yoga as it was meant to be experienced — outside — join me for one of my outdoor sessions! In inclement weather, I use guided imagery indoors to recreate the sensation of being en plein air!
